decided:

In response to the opponent's appeal, the main decision of the Trademark Office for Class 9 of the German Patent and Trademark Office of March 22, 2019 is reversed. Due to the contradictions from the trademarks UM 012 894 961 and UM 005 746 359, the cancellation of the trademark 30 2017 102 062 is ordered.
